Talent Development: What Sets Us Apart

We support and develop the strengths and personal careers of our employees because we understand that the words “career” and “success” are individual concepts related to the each employee’s goals and aspirations.

Talent development starts through supporting career awareness and career orientation. We offer “Career Orientation Training” in Continental Europe to guide our employees with the support of managers and Human Resources Specialists because we want every member of our team to find a position they are passionate about and that plays to their individual strengths.

We also encourage setting targets and development goals during regular feedback reviews. Mid-year assessments allow you to confirm or adopt those in order to receive a fair year end assessment while quarterly talent reviews allow us the opportunity identify and recruit the best candidates for further development in a next role.

Employee Engagement programs

Regular Employee Engagement Surveys are conducted to feel the “pulse” and work on improvement projects in different fields. We usually work in focus groups, colleagues from different businesses working together in employee engagement projects to think about areas of improvement and opportunities to make our workplace a better place.
